So here it is, plainly: Tour2gether is a South African travel company, and the journeys on this site are ours, operated on the ground with Europamundo. If you have booked a guided coach trip through Europe, Asia, Morocco or Egypt on this site, we are the people who priced it in Rands, held your seat, and will answer the phone if your flight goes wrong.
What we actually do
We sell, price and stand behind guided journeys. In practice that means a small team in Cape Town who convert every itinerary into one all-in Rand price, lock the exchange rate the moment you book, hold your seat on a R3,000 deposit, and stay with you until you are home. We answer within a business day, Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm SAST.
Europamundo runs the coaches, the routes, the guides and the hotels. We name them openly, because you deserve to know who is driving. What we add is everything between a beautiful itinerary on a screen and a South African standing on a pavement in Madrid at eight in the morning with a coffee and a seat waiting for them.
Why that arrangement matters to you
It means local pricing, local support, and one accountable point of contact instead of an overseas call centre on someone else's clock. It means the currency risk between your booking and your final payment sits with us, not with you. And it means that when you want to move a date, add a room, or ask whether the walking on day nine is manageable for your mother, you ask a person who can actually find out.
