What we do, in one paragraph
We take guided coach journeys through Europe, Asia, Morocco and Egypt, we convert every one of them into a single all-in Rand price, and we sell them to South Africans, online, tonight if you like. Then we stay. A R3,000 deposit per person holds your seat and locks your exchange rate, the balance falls due 75 days before you fly, and one friendly person in Cape Town is with you from the first question to the day you land back home.
What that arrangement gives you
Three things, concretely. First, when you book here you are booking the genuine article: the same English-guided journeys, the same coaches, the same guides that travellers all over the world are buying, operated on the ground with Europamundo. We do not dress up someone else's product as our own invention, and we do not hide who drives.
Second, we price every journey in Rands and lock the exchange rate the moment you book, which means the Rand figure you agreed to is the Rand figure you pay, regardless of what the currency does between your deposit and your departure. The uniform 3% online processing fee is already inside every price, so there is no surprise line at checkout either.
Third, all of your support comes from here. The questions, the date changes, the special requests, the flight-got-cancelled call at eleven at night, all of it from Cape Town, in English, on South African time. We deal with the operator behind the scenes so that you do not have to.
Why that beats booking on a Euro website
You could, in theory, find a Euro-priced website and book there. The price would be in Euro, the support desk would be on someone else's clock, and the currency risk between your deposit and your final payment would sit with you. South African card transactions abroad also attract bank fees that quietly add 2 to 3% to whatever you thought you were paying. None of that is anybody being difficult. Those sites simply are not set up to look after a South African end to end.
You could equally book through an agent who reaches the same product through a chain of resellers. That works, but you are now two parties away: your agent talks to a reseller, the reseller talks to the operator, and any issue takes two hand-offs to resolve. Here there is no middle layer.
